Winmy9 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the winmy9 platform by all registered users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by winmy9, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and winmy9 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use the services provided within your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on winmy9. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. winmy9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login credentials confidential at all times.
- Ensuring that no unauthorised party accesses your account.
- Notifying winmy9 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Winmy9 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the winmy9 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules set out herein. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform operations in any way.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated credit balances, and further legal action at the sole discretion of winmy9.
4. Payment and Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the winmy9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods, including local bank transfers and approved eWallets.
The following payment-related matters should be noted:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change without prior notice.
- All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed, except in cases of verified technical issues confirmed by the platform.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
- Winmy9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification and compliance requirements have been fully completed.
- Any attempt to submit fraudulent payment claims will be investigated and may result in account closure.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Winmy9 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranty regarding service continuity, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.
Account Suspension and Closure
Winmy9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Users found to be in breach of any provision of these terms.
- Suspicious activity or signs of fraudulent behaviour have been detected on the account.
- Users who fail to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
- Users found operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, winmy9 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account pending further investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the winmy9 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The winmy9 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and winmy9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Winmy9 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
